Triple "L" Horse Rescue NEWS
Triple "L" Horse Rescue is another victim of the economy. We are
struggling to keep the doors open for the horses. With very few
donations coming in at this time we are in need of help. TLHR has
an outstanding vet bill that we are paying on weekly until paid in full.
If you would like to help with the vet bill, our vet is Dr. Rick Stobaeus
1403 4th Ave, Brunswick, GA 31520, (912) 264-2258. We are also in
need of help with feed, hay and farrier. We pay $25 per horse to our
farrier. TLHR prefers round bales when it comes to hay, they run
approximately $58 and it lasts from 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. We appreciate
any help you can give us at this time of need.
Our landlord still wants us to leave asap so we are searching for a
new home. We don't need a big house seeing that it is just my
husband and I. Looking to rent, rent to own, lease - if you or
someone you know has a family home with acreage, not currently
living in it and wants to keep it in the family - we would be interested
in renting/leasing as long as we could get a long or lifetime lease.

Join our $10 Pledge Campaign - Save the Horses and Their Home
Triple "L" Horse Rescue is looking for 400 people to donate $10 a month for 1 year. In doing so,
those pledges will be enough to cover the rent, farrier, vet, feed bills, equine weight scale (needed
for our starvation cases), new trailer (ours is from 1985), and other much needed supplies and
equipment (see our wish list under "Donations"). TLHR will not have to be in fear of closing the
doors, the horses will not lose their home and the progress they have made. This will also give us
enough funds so that Grace (4 year old Arabian/Mix) can have her much needed surgery. Also our
landlord has put a restriction on us as to how many horses we can have. Our limit is 3, he has
allowed us to bring in a 4th - anymore will cost us an additional $400.00 a month rent. If we
succeed in our Pledge Campaign we can bring in more horses that need us and have the extra
rent that our landlord wants until a new location for the rescue can be found.

acknowledgement. We will also send you a monthly reminder for the next year that your "pledge" is
due. FREE Gift at 6 months and at 12 months (all monthly pledges must be paid and submitted by
the 10th of each month to receive Free Gift).

horses as possible to loving, forever homes. We are 100%
volunteer run and operate solely on donations. We will accept
horses, when space allows, surrendered by private owners or
through horse auctions in any condition from any location.
ADOPTION AREA: Georgia/Florida Residents. Other states by
approval.
Horse Donations: We are not taking any horses at this time - we are
full.

raise awareness and funds for Triple "L" Horse Rescue (TLHR) because at risk horses need a
safe haven and in order to give them one we must raise funds to find a new home.
At the present time we are fighting to keep our doors open but we are very limited as to what we
can do. Our landlord has given us notice requesting us to move ASAP and he will not allow us to
have more than 3 horses at the rescue unless we pay an additional $400 a month rent. That
additional rent would take away from the horses so we moved one of our ponies to a foster home
temporarily.
Items that are received will be placed in our live and silent auction. The proceeds from our event
are being raised to go towards the purchase of a new home for the horses. The purchase of a
home for the horses (present and future) will guarantee that they will never have to worry about
losing their home again.
