Triple “L” Horse Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit public charity dedicated to saving the American
horse from starvation, abandonment, neglect, abuse and slaughter. We provide equine rescue
regardless of age or disability and we strive to give a second chance at life and love to as many as we
can.
We do not have a home! We were forced to leave our previous home which is scheduled to be
demolished due to a subdivision going up. The horses are all in a foster home and we have had to
move in with our daughter until a new place can be found. Due to the economy more horses need us
now more than ever!
That is why we are writing to you today. We are swallowing our pride for the sake of the American horse
and pleading for your help. The horses need angels to come and help secure a forever home for the
rescue. Our goal is to have enough property for fences, round pen, hot walker, bathing area, barn,
acreage for a hay field (which will make us self sufficient) and a cemetery. We would eventually like the
cemetery to be open to the public as a pet cemetery but we will have to search more into the laws and
regulations before that can be done. Until then horses that we have to euthanize will have a place to be
buried, which in turn will save us money from paying someone to haul and bury.
We most humbly request your assistance in our efforts to keep the doors open and keep saving horses.
Please support our efforts by making a donation towards the purchase of a “home for the horses”. This
will be a lifetime home; we can guarantee that they will never have to worry about losing their home
again if a home can be purchased.
Your name will be listed on our “TLHR ANGEL BOARD – HOME MADE POSSIBLE BY” to be displayed in
our future office and listed on our website. For larger donations we will place plaques on our fences,
round pens, bathing area and barn that will display the name of our “Angel” who made it possible.
Your donation is fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Upon receipt of your donation, TLHR
will send you a tax-deductible receipt for your records.
